5. Risks
- You acknowledge and understand that blockchain technology is an innovative field where laws and regulations are not fully established. There are material risks involved, including technology instability and potential failure of fiat-token exchange. Tokens also have high volatility compared to other financial assets. It is your responsibility to hold or dispose of Tokens in a manner that aligns with your financial status and risk preferences. It is important to note that market information captured by DeusWallet may not represent the latest or best quotation for each Token.
- Failure to comply with this Agreement or follow instructions, tips, or rules may result in unsuccessful transfers of Tokens. The Company does not guarantee successful transfers and cannot be held liable for any consequences that arise from such failures. Once you or your counterparty has received payment in a DeusWallet or third-party-developed wallet, transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and irrevocable. You and your counterparty bear the responsibilities and consequences of your transactions.
- IEX and DEX transactions occur on third-party-developed Smart Contracts. DeusWallet is simply an interface tool for Users to interact with these Smart Contracts and displays the relevant results of completed transactions.
- When using Third-Party Services through DeusWallet, it is strongly recommended that you carefully read the terms of use, privacy policy, and other relevant documents provided by the third party. Evaluate the risks, familiarize yourself with the counterparty and product information, and make informed decisions before conducting transactions. It is essential to understand that these transactions and contractual relationships are between you and the counterparty, not the Company. The Company cannot be held responsible for any risks, liabilities, losses, or expenses incurred from such transactions.
- When transferring Tokens directly to another wallet address, it is your responsibility to ensure that your counterparty is a person with full capacity for civil acts, and you must decide whether to transact with them.
- You must check the official blockchain system or other blockchain tools when receiving Alerts such as "transaction failed" or "mining overtime" to avoid repetitive transfers. Failure to follow this instruction may result in losses and expenses associated with repetitive transfers.
- After creating or importing a wallet on DeusWallet, your Keystore, Private Key, and Mnemonic Words are stored only on your mobile device and not on DeusWallet or Company's servers. If you lose your mobile device before backing up your Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Words, or Keystore, you may lose your Tokens, and the Company cannot recover them. If your Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Words, or Keystore is disclosed or your device is hacked or attacked, you may also lose your Tokens, and the Company cannot recover them. Any losses arising from the above circumstances are solely your responsibility.
- It is suggested that you back up your Wallet Password, Private Key, Mnemonic Words, and Keystore by writing them down on paper or using password management apps. Do not use electronic methods such as screenshots, emails, note-taking apps on mobile devices, text messages, WeChat, or QQ to backup this information.
- When selecting and purchasing a crypto currency hardware wallet, ensure that it matches the DeusWallet version and purchase it from official channels as a brand-new device.
- When using the Payment without Password function of DeusWallet, be cautious and consider:
- Understanding the security level of the biometric identification function on your mobile device.
- Avoiding use of the function on public phones.
- Being cautious when conducting crypto currency transactions of relatively large amounts.
- To avoid potential security risks, use DeusWallet in a secure network environment and avoid using jailbroken or rooted mobile devices.

- To mitigate mishandling of DeusWallet and minimize risks to the security of your Tokens, Users without basic knowledge of blockchain may be refused certain or all Services on DeusWallet.
- The Company may suspend Services under circumstances such as maintenance, equipment failure, force majeure events, changes in laws or policies, or events beyond the Company's control. Suspension may be temporary or, in some cases, may result in the complete termination of Services.
- The Company reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate Services or specific functions of DeusWallet under circumstances such as the User's death, theft or disclosure of wallet information, provision of false Personal Information, refusal to update DeusWallet, breach of Open Source License, participation in illegal activities, hindrance of normal use by other Users, impersonation of Company staff or management personnel, threats to the normal operation of the Company's computer system, spamming, spreading rumors that harm the goodwill of the Company, engagement in illegal activities or breaches of this Agreement, or any other circumstances where the Company reasonably determines that suspension is necessary.
- Users have the right to export their wallets within a reasonable time period in the event of changes, suspensions, or terminations of Company Services.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
9.1 DeusWallet is provided on an "as is", "as available", and "with all faults" basis.
